On arrival at the airport you be received by our professional tour guide who will then drive you to the hotel in Entebbe to take a small break.

DAY 1: TRANSFER FROM ENTEBBE TO LAKE MBURO NATIONAL PARK

In the morning you will also be briefed by your guide about the trip before you proceed to Lake Mburo National Park. You will set off from Entebbe at 10am to proceed to Lake Mburo national park.

You will have lunch at the lodge, take a relaxation break and later move out for sunset Nature walk, this will bring you up close with animals like Zebras, Impala, Giraffes and many more.

DAY 2: TRANSFER FROM LAKE MBURO NP TO LAKE BUNYONYI

The journey will then continue to Lake Bunyonyi. This lake is covered by about 20 small islands and provides one of the best scenery in Uganda. Its natural beauty makes it a favorite for tourists who wish to relax after or in-between a long safari. Canoeing on Lake Bunyonyi is the best relaxing experience.

DAY 3: TRANSFER FROM LAKE BUNYONYI TO BWIND IMPENETRABLE NP

After your early morning breakfast your will embark on your journey to Ruhijia sector of Bwindi Impenetrable forest in the Gorilla highlands. This road trip will take you through the rough and yet scenic region of the countryside as you get to close to realize your dream.

In the evening you will visit the Batwa people who were the co-inhabitants of the forest with the gorillas before they were evacuated from the forest in the 1990s to try and enhance the gorilla conservation which were on the verge of extinction.

DAY 4: GORILLA TREKKING-FULL DAY EXPERIENCE

After your very early morning breakfast, you drive to the park offices for briefing and      registration.

The gorilla trekking experience is an exciting and yet a lifetime experience that have been listed by millions of travelers on their must do list and at this moment, you will only be minutes away from realizing your dream as you enter the impenetrable forest of Bwindi to trek our second closest relatives. This experience desires a certain level of fitness since sometimes the experience can be 1-7hrs of trekking before you get eye to eye with the gentle giants. A face mask is mandatory, 7meters distance from the gorillas should be observed, and packed lunch, 2 littles of water minimum and other guidelines as they will shared to you by your guide the day before. The thick jungles of Bwindi are also home to chimpanzees, colobus monkeys, butterflies, forest hogs, forest elephants and an amazing collection of birds.

DAY 5: TRANSFER FROM BWINDI IMP

ENETRABLE NP TO QUEEN NATIONAL PARK.

After your early morning breakfast you will embark on the journey to Uganda’s most popular destination and the richest national park in terms of biodiversity.

On arrival at the lodge your will have lunch and a small relaxation break before your head out for a sunset game drive in the Kasenyi sector of the park.

Driving time: 5-6hrs

DAY 6: FULL DAY IN QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK.

The Kasenyi plains are famous for game drives, while the Kazinga channel boat cruise is one of the best boat trip experiences to encounter wildlife on water in Africa. It’s worth mentioning that the scenery is beautiful in western Uganda. From the endless savanna grasslands in Queen Elizabeth National Park to the amazing views of the Rwenzori Mountains.

After an early morning breakfast, you will drive out to the Kasenyi plains for a sunrise game drive to try and catch up some of the dawn active mammals like lions and leopards and many other animals.

An afternoon 2 hours boat trip at the famous Kazinga channel that attracts 100s of Elephants, buffalos as they come to quench themselves from the heat of the day. However, numerous crocodiles and birds are residents here. En route to the lodge you will visit Kyambura twin lakes for a sundown.

DAY 7: TRANSFER FROM QUEEN ELIZABETH NP TO KIBALE NATIONAL PARK

After your morning breakfast, you will set off at leisure driving through Kasese to Kibale national park via Kasenda volcanic field.

After lunch, you will head out in the evening for a swamp walk and community experience. An experience that will educate you about banana bear, wine and gin making experience, coffee making, basket weaving and learning about the ancient traditions of medicines by the local medicine man.

DAY 8: CHIMPANZEE TREKKING IN KIBALE NATIONAL PARK.

Kibale is known as the “primate’s capital of the world”. It is arguably the best place to track chimpanzees on earth with a total number of 13 primate species. Kibale National Park have the highest number of primate species in Uganda.

After your early morning breakfast, you will drive to the park head offices for briefing and registration before you enter Kibale forest national park to trek your closest relatives Common Chimpanzees. The experience takes 1-4hrs and a face mask is a mandatory to have with 2litters of water maximum.

DAY 9: TRANSFER FROM KIBALE TO MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK.

( fly to Murchison falls, optional alternative. Please be informed that this option requires a minimum of 4 people to book the flight from Kasese-Murchison)

After your early morning breakfast, your will start your long road trip to Murchison National Park, and en route to the lodge. You will visit the top of the falls to see the longest River in Africa journey to North of the continent before as it squeezes itself through the 8meter narrow gorge to travel 1000s of kilometers.

Driving time: 6-8hrs

 DAY 10: FULL DAY IN THE PARK.

 After an early morning breakfast, you will head out for a sunrise game drive and later in the afternoon you will go for a boat ride towards the bottom of the falls.

  DAY 11: TRANSFER FROM MURCHISON FALLS NP TO ENTEBBE.

After an early morning game drive you will embark on the journey back to Entebbe with a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino trekking. This only place in the country you will see Rhinos in a natural environment.

Driving time: 4-6hrs

Meal plan: Breakfast and Lunch Accomodation: Via Via Entebbe.
